GovernanceWiki:How to add a user

Steps:

1. Go to Special:Userlogin
2. Remove your user information and password.
3. Leave the password blank—a random one will be created.
4. Fill in a username (I've been using first names, since MediaWiki capitalizes all usernames)
5. Fill in the new user's email address.
6. Fill in their real name.
7. Click "by email" (all the way on the right)

This will send a new user email with password to the user.
