Situation: Our conferences have floundered.

Purpose: Put a viable regional conference there that doesn't burn out its organizers and that does add value to the community through high quality affordable training and continuing professional education; and that increases LOPSA's reputation and swells its membership. Get additional regional conferences to spring up following this successful pattern.

Strategic plan: Ask the CasITConf committee (the locals) to document their successful actions following a successful CasITConf 2018.
