• • Numbers are looking a bit better, still loosing too many members. We need to figure out why members are not renewing.

• Technical services report
  • Working on re-organizing the tech team. Development site up on lopsa-004. Next up is the jobs Board and the Forums. Checking out for possible upgrade to Drupal 7.

• Conference/events activities report
  • Matt Simmons will run the table at OLF. No training this year.
  • Lisa in December
  • Scale in January. They would like (8) 1/2 day classes. Would like some new classes.
  • Cascadia in March
  • PICC in April

• Mentorship Status report
  • Would like feedback from the board on who to contact for mentorship sponsorships

• Development report (Meeting focus at first meeting of the month)

• Upcoming LOPSAgram (last meeting of the month only)

  • The first LOPSAgram with the quick poll. We will see how it goes. Idea is to post the results of the poll so we get two mailings out each month

• Decided that Chris will draft a response for a personal answer, but not take a LOPSA position at this time as LOPSA is focused on promoting Systems Administration, not on influencing government policy.
