Situation: It's dead in the water -- nobody's working on it.
Purpose: To educate and support individual practitioners and aspirants.
Strategic plan: Take two weeks to look at the options for outsourcing the mentorship program and to decide if outsourcing it is viable; if so, arrange a test run with proteges and mentors from the current LOPSA Mentorship Program community; call for LOPSA members to volunteer as admins for the mentorship program.
